You are
having a dinner in a fine restaurant, when
suddenly a stranger with a vaguely familiar face approaches your table
and politely asks if you have seen a small party of two people pass by
their table recently.
As you tell him, "No", you instantly realize that you are very
possibly talking to the movie star, "Jack Nicholson". He asks you to
excuse his intrusion and he continues on his way.
A few moments later, a well-dressed woman approaches your table
and asks if you have seen "Mr. Nicholson" recently. You point her in
the right direction
where
he last went, and then you and your dinner guest now have confirmation
that this stranger REALLY IS "Jack Nicholson"!
A small note soon arrives on a small silver platter at your table. Your waiter
explains that
"Mr. Nicholson" has written you a short note. It reads,
"Sorry for the earlier intrusion on your
privacy...but I heard you are celebrating your anniversary. Please
join me and my friends at the bar when you finish your dinner."
As you sit down and meet his entrourage', you notice everyone in the
restaurant is staring at your table as they wish they were all as
lucky as you!
Occasionally, complete strangers approach your table asking for an autograph or photo. Just before this could become annoying, the PR person steps in
and quells the excitement of the fans by respectfully asking for some
privacy. However, this same person suggests that
she should take some digital photos of your group as a little memento
of this social occasion. You're
actually relieved that the photo idea came from her,
since you
had hoped for a posed photo with "Mr. Nicholson", but hesitated up until
now since you did not want to look like a star-struck fan. As the
photos begin to click away, you're surprised to see how fun and cooperative
the movie star is as he
hams it up with all sorts of crazy
poses and expressions.
