Booking Our Celebrity Actors...
Why do we use a "Support Team"?
Due to the instant face recognition of
our Stars, experience has proven that the best results for presenting our
Celebrity Actors is to package them with a support team of 1 to 3 additional
actors.
Our team includes: 1) the Celebrity Actor, 2) a "Business Manager"
[or "Press Agent"], and 3), a "Personal Assistant".
This creates the illusion of the star's entourage. More importantly, our
support team filters out unwanted interruptions in a tactful manner. It
is a fact that our Celebrity Actors are always interrupted by over-zealous fans while traveling
in public. When the support team does their job well, the result is a less chaotic
event, prompt timetables, and a happy
Celebrity Actor who is given the freedom to concentrate 100% on being the
famous actor they are impersonating.
The support team
is especially useful at airports when unexpected "fan
delays" occur at long check-in lines. Airport security
guards often give too much attention to our "famous" actors as
well. They
sometimes exercise their authority
just to engage the Celebrity Actor in extended conversations.
(This applies especially to "Angelina" or "Paris"!)
Another Benefit: A Strong
First Impression!
Call it psychology or the age of celebrity fame, but first impressions are
worth their weight in gold. When you see a famous actor walking in public,
you expect to see them traveling en masse' with
their entourage. The public's perception
of seeing an entourage' is that they are witnessing a rare and special moment
with a famous movie star walking in their midst. Without an entourage',
that celebrity's believability is reduced.
Travel Arrangements:
All of our actors reside in the
continental United States. Depending on the location of your event,
sometimes our actor(s) may need to travel out of town and stay 1-3 nights
out of town, depending
on
plane schedules and travel logistics. If travel logistics for your
event require the actor to be "out of town" (away from their home) for more
than one day, then we will need to add overnight accommodations,
transportation and meals. Our company will handle the details of all travel
arrangements, unless you prefer to use your own resources for making travel
plans.
Instead of charging full price for every
day the actor is "on the job" or traveling, our actors' pay
scales have been adjusted at a reduced level to compensate for travel days
or waiting days they
are not actually performing. (Actors cannot book other shows while
traveling on your behalf.)

The Celebrity Encounters
itemized below pertain to events up to 200 people in a group
banquet or party setting. For larger events, we can discuss a modified price
quote based on: 1) the number of guests, 2) the
amount and type of posed photos expected, and 3) script requirements.

We are used to
customizing nearly every single event with our Celebrity Actors. For this reason, we recommend
that you phone us for a friendly,
exploratory discussion with YOUR ideas. Once we know what your expectations are, we send a bid that contains all
the details of and what they will cost.
You may consider almost any package you can dream up! We'll let you
know if your idea is too dangerous, illegal, or difficult to pull off.

LOCAL
ONE CELEBRITY ACTOR SHOW:

$1,050 and up for one (1) celebrity actor and a support team of one to three additional
actors who accompany the celebrity actor and fill the roles of Personal
Manager, Press Agent or "Show-Biz" friend. Two to three hours
is the average time for all actors to be "in character". Depending on location,
these prices would be the base rate. (Refer to travel expenses below.)

The 3 hour performance
time may be used in three separate, one-hour segments spread over a six (6) hour time period.

The above base rate applies to a
geographic region that is a LOCAL market. Example:
If all the actors can perform,
as well as travel all within a 12 hour day, then this qualifies for a
"LOCAL" booking.
Transport
= Actor's personal auto, or limousines,
taxis and airline flights of up to 90 minutes maximum each way. (Travel expense is
compensated by our clients).

ADDITIONAL EXPENSE
FOR LONGER

PER TRAVEL DAY away from home.
(This rate is added to above $4,750
LOCAL rate).

All travel accommodations
are paid by the client.

Average travel and
accommodation prices for a cross-country event are about $800 - $2,750.

A Sure-fire way to double the excitement!
Consider hiring an
additional one or two celebrity actors to achieve MAXIMUM realism! Yes,
you can use 2 or 3 actors together at the same event.
This puts your impact WAY OVER THE TOP and makes believers out of everyone!
The reason is simple: famous
celebrities like to hang out with each other. Onlookers will think: "Surely that has to be Sean Connery,
because, LOOK! There's Angelina Jolie sitting next to him as well!"
(Note: Combo Packages are reduced in cost because the same support team of
two or three actors is used for both actors individually or simultaneously.)
